My Story
I’ve been lucky enough to have always earned my living doing what I love. I’ve had some fabulous, exciting jobs in the beauty industry.
My work has taken me all over the world. However it was South Africa that captured my heart - in more ways than one! I met my husband, Roger and what started out as a two year assignment turned into a stay of 23 years. I had a fabulous career working throughout both South Africa and Southern Africa. I worked as a training manager for several well-known international companies which was such a rewarding position. I was able to help people discover their strengths and use them to achieve their goals.
I finally left the industry to spend more time with our daughter, Jessica Jane. It was then that I began counseling, mentoring and running motivational seminars for women.
In 2006 we moved to London to be able to support my elderly father who had suffered a stroke the previous year. Within a year I had started my Athena business. More recently my husband Roger and I have combined our knowledge and passion for health, beauty and well-being and started a business with Forever Living Products.
